The Lake Metigoshe Recreation Service District area of responsibility is limited to the following: LMRSD owns and operates the wastewater (sewer) collection system for Lake Metigoshe and, in addition, contracts with a local private business for the garbage collection services for Lake Metigoshe.
Inquiries concerning issues such as: zoning, roads, law enforcement or fire protections services, ect., should be directed to one of the following entities: Roland Township Board of Supervisors, Bottineau County Board of County Commissioners, Bottineau County Sherriff Department, Lake Metigoshe Improvement Association (LMIA), or the Oak Creek Water Management Resource Board. The board of directors of the LMRSD holds its regular monthly meeting the second Thursday of each month at 7 PM in the LMRSD building located at 24 Longview Road E
